Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: February 2026

1. Services & Estimates

  • Scope of Work: We will perform the services described in your Jobber quote/estimate. Any changes or "hidden" issues discovered during the job (e.g., mold, faulty wiring) may require a revised estimate.

  • Quote Validity: All quotes provided via Jobber are valid for 30 days from the date issued.

 

2. Payment Terms

  • Due Date: Payment is due in full upon completion of the work unless otherwise noted on your invoice.

  • Deposits: For projects estimated over $750, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to get on the schedule and purchase materials.

  • Payment Methods: We accept payments via the Jobber portal (Credit/Debit) or [Cash/Check]. Please note that payments made via Credit or Debit card will incur a 3% processing fee to cover transaction costs. To avoid this fee, customers are encouraged to pay via Cash or Check.

 

3. Cancellations & Access

  • Notice: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Service Fee: If we arrive at the scheduled time and cannot gain access to the property, a $150 trip fee will be charged.

  • Site Prep: Please ensure the work area is clear of personal items, pets, and debris before we arrive.

 

4. Warranty & Liability

  • Workmanship: We stand by our work. We provide a 60 day warranty on labor. This does not cover normal wear and tear or manufacturer defects on parts.

  • Pre-existing Conditions: Three-Point Home Solutions is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing structural issues, hidden plumbing/electrical rot, or poor original construction.

 

5. Communication & Data

  • By requesting a quote, you agree to receive communications (text/email) regarding your project via Jobber. You can opt-out of marketing at any time, but project-related alerts are necessary for service.
