Explore my portfolio of recent work to see the "Three-Point" difference. I treat every home I work on as if it were my own.

Privacy Fence
This was just an old chain link fence. The homeowner wanted some more privacy from their neighbors. I was able to attach all of the fence pickets to the existing chain link structure to get the privacy without all the demo. I then came back and painted it after the pressure treated wood had time to dry.

New Windows
I completed this job last fall so the homeowner had a nice comfortable winter in their bedroom. I also did three windows in their living room. These were new construction windows purchased from Erie Materials.

iSpring Reverse Osmosis Filter
This was a full basement install of an "under-counter" RO system. I mounted everything in the basement so it doesn't consume their cabinet space. I also installed a booster pump to feed it into their refrigerator without pressure loss. If you're interested in the best drinking water or whole-home water filtration you can get, give me a call to discuss options.

Bilco Door
This was on a flip house I worked on for an investor in 2024. The old door was completely rotted away and the stonework where it sits was pretty chewed up. Started with leveling the stone, installing new pressure treated lumber and then the door. First time installing one, but I thought it went well.

Whole new bathroom
This bathroom was in the flip house too. The previous build had water running through the floor into the basement. I basically built a new room in an old house to make everything a square and level as possible. Forgot to get the fully finished picture (as usual). Overall it came out really nice and the house was sold before we were done.

Shaker Trim
This was a relatively new kitchen but the homeowner wanted to dress it up a bit. I was able to install this 1x4 trim to the ends and backs of the cabinets to bring up the aesthetics, and they're going to paint them the wall color to blend them in.
