Kitchen and Bath Remodels

Kitchens and bathrooms are the most complex rooms in our homes, full of moving parts and vulnerable to water damage—every home’s worst enemy. Because of this, these spaces require the most maintenance, and once they show signs of significant wear, they offer the greatest opportunity to add value back into your home. Even something as simple as replacing cabinet hinges and drawer slides can make a worn kitchen feel brand new.

I’m excited to help you plan and create new living spaces that not only enhance your home but also provide a high-quality finish that you’ll love spending time in.

Let’s see what we can create!

Bathroom Refresh

This bathroom was due for an update, and the customer wanted to infuse it with a charming cottage vibe inspired by their time living in Rhode Island. We installed a new vanity, mirror, fixtures, tub surround, tile, and fresh paint to bring their vision to life. The tile design stemmed from repurposing leftover material from the kitchen backsplash project, and I think the finished result turned out beautifully!

Claw-foot Tub Removed, Built-in Installed

This rental unit featured a vintage clawfoot tub with a shower curtain ring—a functional setup, but the high side walls made it difficult for the tenants to use comfortably. To modernize this 1920s bathroom, I installed a sleek built-in tub and updated the plumbing to accommodate the new design. Adding a vent fan to exhaust hot, humid air ensures better functionality and comfort, giving this space a much-needed upgrade.

Quick Kitchen Refresh

Here’s another rental unit in need of a refresh. Built in the 1920s, the kitchen had a dated 1990s aesthetic. We upgraded the space with new cabinets, flooring, and a fresh coat of paint, giving this aging kitchen a sleek and modern look.
